If you recently received a notice from the City of Calgary about completing your Building Exterior Visual Assessment (BEVA) then reach out to Sure-Seal Contracting.

Buildings 10 years or older and 5 or more storeys are required to have a BEVA assessment completed by a qualified individual or company.

Sure-Seal Contracting is here to help and provide you with the report, pictures, and video of your BEVA assessment.

3 step system

We have an easy 3 step system to get your building in line with the City of Calgary Bylaw. We also have options for Thermal Imaging that can show you quickly where you may be losing heat.

Quote

We provide you with a quote detailing our quote breakdown including options for Thermal Imaging

Assess

Once the quote is accepted, we coordinate with your team to arrange a time. We will assess the entire property with both people and a drone.

Report

We provide you with a report that adheres to the City of Calgary's requirements. If you need repairs to get things up to code, we also provide a quote for repairs.
