Safety

We take your safety very seriously. Every staff member from administrator to top-level executives are required to have the latest safety and application training.  

We exceed industry standards for safety training because we want our employees to be trained in every aspect of our work.   

We provide training in (WHMIS), First Aid and CPR/AED, Aerial Platform, Swing stage, Fall Arrest, Confined space, Construction Safety Training System and Certificate of Recognition (COR). 

We also provide additional applicator training including Hilti firestop, Watson Bowman Acme expansion joints, Emseal expansion joints and Sika and Tremco. 

About the Position

As our Office Clerk, you will support the staff in various tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Tasks

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
  • Prepare and forward expense account claims
  • Print, bind and distribute documents for internal and external customers
  • Proceed with the formatting and final editing of documents
  • Review records or documents to find information
  • Preform accounting tasks
  • Support the administrative team in achieving their goals
  • Verify the accuracy of data and other information in the records and reports
  • Convert Occupational Health & Safety documents files to a digital format
  • Some familiarity with CRM 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
  • Experience with PDF documents

COMPENSATION

  • $20-25/hr depending on qualifications 
  • 20-30 hours/week
  • Hours are flexible
