Sure-Seal Contracting Ltd. recently finished work at the Eljay Building in SE Calgary.
Built in 1980, the Eljay Building is a commercial space that is over 50,000 sq. ft located bear the Barlow Trail & Glenmore Trail interchange.
The 2nd floor presented considerable challenges, as we had to maneuver a scissor lift in tight spaces. Additionally, removing the old sealant proved difficult due to its age and condition.

We were sealing it right with Sikaflex 15LM – in Dark Bronze! We applied this high-performance sealant around the glazing, and the color match was spot on.
