Scope

Supply and install sealant

Summary

Sure-Seal Contracting Ltd. recently finished work for Tower 1 at the Welling of Calgary.

Wellings are 15 storeys above grade being built in Calgary for adults 55+ who want to continue their epic life without house maintenance. The building features 154 residential units along with a 4-storey parkade containing 334 parking stalls.

The Wellings Tower, located by Canada Olympic Park, will provide access to multiple hiking trails, walking paths, cycling areas, and restaurants.

Sure-Seal Contracting was contracted to supply and install sealant for various locations on Tower 1 including:

  • Exterior joints at louver
  • Exterior Balcony Floors
  • Door Joints
  • Curtain Walls
  • Install Becker Rod
  • Install Tremco

Our team, with the use of Swing Stages, have been hard at work on this project, which should be done by the end of May 2024.
