Lead Hand/Foreman Position
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated landscaper to join our team in a leadership position. The right candidate will have strong experience in landscaping and artificial grass installation, with the ability to manage a crew and bring their own knowledge to improve our installation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial job sites
- Oversee the full installation process of artificial turf with attention to detail and quality
- Bring your own expertise to enhance and streamline current methods
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
Requirements:
- Solid experience in artificial landscaping and synthetic grass installation
- Be able to communicate with staff, managers and clients easily
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Steal toe boots required
- PPE required (we provide a hi-vis vest)
- Safety tickets (first aid & skid steer) are a plus
