Westmount Place is a 27 story deluxe condominium located in downtown Calgary. This project was a complete retrofit of an occupied 18-storey building, including the brick and curtain wall glass.  The brick interface was saw cut with the brick interface pinned with Bloc stop helix both sides of the cuts from the grade to the roof.  Over 1,000 bricks were replaced and 570m of bricks were repointed. The project involved:

• Flashing
• Brick and glazing replacement
• Brick saw cutting
• Wall stress pinning
• Replacement of the glazing units
