Scope
Inspect the building for BEVA compliance
Summary
Summary: Seal Sure Recently completed a Building Exterior Visual Assessment (BEVA) for a property in downtown Calgary. An assessment of the building envelope was completed with a combination of boots on the ground and we expanded our investigation by using a drone, piloted by IHM Management Consulting.
We did find that there were a few deficiencies in the roof that require general maintenance/housekeeping.
